Yes. We have already built and tested a direct ManaNotes integration — creating patients and booking appointments through ManaNotes' official interface, verified in their test environment. Production rollout for your clinic happens with ManaNotes' sign-off. From day one, the AI captures bookings for your front desk to confirm, then switches to direct booking once your integration is live.
What about Cliniko, Nookal, Gensolve or other practice software?+
The capture-and-confirm workflow works with any system — the AI takes the patient's details and preferred time, and your front desk enters it as usual. Direct integrations with other NZ practice systems are scoped per clinic. Tim will confirm what's possible on a 15-minute call.
How does it handle ACC vs private patients?+
The AI asks in plain language whether the visit is for an ACC injury claim or a private appointment, and captures the details your admin needs to get the paperwork moving. It never gives claims advice or clinical advice — it books and passes on the right information.
Will the AI give health advice?+
