What happens if I exceed my plan's minutes?
Overage minutes are billed at $0.69/min on Lite and Basic, and $0.49/min on Starter, Professional, and Premium. If you regularly go over, we'll suggest moving you up to the next tier. That's usually cheaper than paying overage.
Is there really no GST?
Correct. Tamaki AI is under the $60,000 GST threshold, so no GST is added to your invoice. What you see is what you pay.
Why is there a $300 setup fee?
Tim hand-builds every AI receptionist. That's 8 to 10 hours of custom configuration, knowledge base setup, voice tuning, and testing. The setup fee applies to Lite, Basic, and Starter, and it's flexible, so talk to Tim about your situation. Professional and Premium plans absorb it as a thank-you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — anytime, both ways. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What's your cancellation policy?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime via email. No early termination fees. We earn your business every month — that's the deal.
Do you offer a free trial?
Two weeks free trial available — talk to Tim. No credit card upfront, no obligation. Use it for 14 days, decide after that.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We use conditional call forwarding from your existing number. Your customers dial the same number they always have.
Do you take payments over the phone?
No — we don't process payments via the AI for security reasons. We handle bookings, enquiries, and message-taking. Payments go through your existing systems.
