How does it handle real emergencies?+
We train the AI on emergency keywords specific to your trade (burst pipe, no power, gas smell, water everywhere, etc.). When triggered, the AI quickly captures the address and customer name, then transfers the call straight to your mobile or sends an urgent WhatsApp with all details.
Will customers know it's AI?+
Only if they ask directly. The AI sounds like a real Kiwi receptionist. If they ask 'Are you AI?' it answers honestly. Most customers don't ask — they're more concerned with getting their problem fixed.
Can the AI quote prices?+
